This year has been crazy. That’s why, heading into 2021, it’s important to cut out what doesn’t and what will not serve you.
If you’ve been around A Sunny Side Up Life Podcast for a while, you know I’ve discussed this topic at great length; however, during the Christmas season, we will be attaining lots of things, as we do each year.
During this time of year, we commit to new goals, new people, new material goods-- and with that mindset, more time and energy is spent.
This is also a time to evaluate what you want and how you feel.
• What hobbies do you want to have?
• What people do you want to be around?
• What new things do you want to do?
These are fabulous questions to ask yourself. When you have the answers to these questions, it’s time to cut what doesn’t bring you joy.
Purging what isn’t serving you is just as important as making new goals. Make sure your time and schedule match your goals. Make sure you carve out your mental space and preserve your energy. Organize and create a space that you love.
In this episode, we’ll talk about how to purge these areas of your life and how you can set yourself for success in the new year-- while cutting the things that don’t serve you.
IN THIS EPISODE, SAMI SHARES ABOUT:
Why it's important to cut the things that do not serve you
